We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Vice President, Client Experience.
Principal responsibilities
- The role will support client communication through developing high quality client facing materials, adapted to specific client segments.
- This may include creating client presentations, sales collateral (e.g. factsheets, FAQ) and providing ongoing support to client teams.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues in Client Management, Product, Operations and Sales, the role will support the development and delivery of targeted client and prospect interactions (in-person and virtual). This may include segmentation and prioritization, and development and execution of targeted engagement plans (messaging, communication, touchpoints, reporting).
- Help develop and deliver promotion plans, in collaboration with product colleagues, to improve client adoption of existing and new SSv technology as required.
- Develop our supporting knowledge library, templates etc. to maximise usage throughout the organisation.
- A part of the role will be helping to ensure the team, service model and wider organisation service ethos evolves to deliver consistently on the client needs on a global basis.
- Strong English language speaking and writing ability.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- An ability to adapt to the changing demands of the industry, clients, and other stakeholders
- Capacity to operate across a complex organization collaboratively.
- Strong organisational capability - able to handle multiple projects concurrently.
- An understanding of major financial services functions.
Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
