We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will:

  • Executing the Technology strategy in alignment with the future state architecture strategy for cards transformation, to maximize portfolio growth, cost effectiveness, risk management, people management, and innovation.
  • Primary point of contact to handle auth and keys across global markets on HPS and beyond.
  • Actively support incident and outage management and responses.
  • Enabler of technology delivery roadmap, managing changes as they arise and keeping stakeholders focused on the agreed change outcomes and benefits.
  • Enabling delivery by resolving major delivery ambiguities and removing major delivery blockers as required working closely with third party vendor.
  • Obtaining buy in from and influencing senior management and stakeholders program plans, commitments, changes including requirements, quality assurance plans, budget, scope, resources, risk mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Look to drive and champion Agile, DevOps with New Ways of Operating principles.
Requisitos

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Relevant experience in Technology from BFSI.
  • Strong background in transformation, portfolio management, risk, good judgment, process, and delivery focused.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder, and people management skills, able to navigate across structures in complex business organizations.
  • Effective communication, influencing and negotiation and strong stakeholder management skills at all levels and across diverse, global teams and key stakeholders across regions.
  • Ability to apply risk assessment and management principles and processes.
  • Has architectural acumen.
  • Involved in Formal Code Reviews, Peer Reviews, Walkthroughs, Application Audits and Inspections as needed to the project and ensure compliance with application quality and corporate standards.
  • Excellent analytical / problem solving skills along with good communication and interpersonal skills.
