We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Lead Consultant Specialist 

In this role you will:

  • Strong Experience of Automation Testing for Mobile Applications
  • Solid experience in creation and implementation of Automation Test Strategies, Approaches, Frameworks
  • Excellent knowledge on Automation Test concepts & practical experience with different Tools & Technologies in use for Automation Testing e.g. Appium, Selenium to make current setup more effective, and efficient
  • Practical knowledge with Java, GitHub, Jenkins, Maven/Gradle is must.
  • Nice to have - Knowledge of Mobile Native Technologies e.g. Kotlin, and Swift & the way the UI Test-cases are written in these languages for latest ways of UI Development (i.e. Jetpack Compose, and SwiftUI respectively) using XCUITest, and Espresso, etc respectively.
  • Nice to have the experience of Device Farms – e.g. BrowserStack.
  • Experience analysing, estimating, planning, designing, executing Automation test cases. 
  • Should be able to understand/define overall Automation Test Strategy and follow best practices and standards set in the team.
  • Should be able to drive initiatives of shifting left in terms of Automation Testing
  • Should be able to drive innovation initiatives of doing more & more testing using Automation way (and reducing Exploratory Testing as much as possible)
  • Exposure in writing, executing the Automation Tests (in parallel – when needed) on Jenkins CI/CD pipeline is needed & producing reports out of them
  • R & D experience on tools, technologies, practices, standards in Automation Testing is desirable
  • Full-stack Experience – involving the Automation experience in Micro Services / APIs as well. Experienced in Cucumber, RestAssured.
  • Excellent with core Java basics, concurrency and scalability concepts (design principles)
  • Constantly pursuing the maintenance and enhancement of the Automation Testing setup by maintaining & actively working on the technical backlog
  • Experienced in working with Confluence, JIRA, and creating reports on JIRA, and Confluence using JIRA Query Language (JQL).

  • Ability to drive & continually enhance the Automation Testing Strategy & Approach, adopting the best practices & standards from internal sources, and external industry.
  • Good stakeholder management skills to include technical and business stakeholders.  Building close relationships with the stakeholders and the ability to articulate subject matter at all levels as needed
  • Demonstrated ability to manage risks effectively and make sound decisions based on available information.
  • Proven ability to handle stressful situations and deadline pressures well.
  • Provide leadership for all Automation Testers across project locations.
  • Champion a standardized and professional approach to performance testing driving continuous improvement across the team in both technical and working practices
  • Use creativity to define solutions to problems that result in positive outcomes 
  • Ability to promote a culture of innovation, encouraging the team to come up with new ideas or strategies. Contribute actively in implementing the ideas, and in developing proof of concepts of approaches, strategies.
  • Use coaching skills to identify gaps within the Automation team and uplift individual capabilities, and skills.
  • Skilled at managing change, helping the team adapt to new strategies, approaches or workflows.
  • Capacity to handle the administrative aspects of team management, such as task assignment, follow-up, and reporting.
