We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Software Engineer

In this role, you will be:

• Drive quality assurance automation ensuring that the test strategy also considers the test data, environments, and non-functional testing relevant for Products/Services.
• Develop functional test documents for the applications including Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Cases/Scripts and Automation test suite using enterprise framework TOSCA.
• Build relationships beyond teams and seek out new ways of improvement.
• Implement all test activities including Functional tests, Platform upgrades, API test, UI Tests (Browser and Mobile), Performance test, Accessibility Test etc.) adhering to the Global Test Strategy.
• Represent the test team at Scrum meetings, key project meetings and provide a single point of accountability and escalation for testing within the POD.
• Provide on-going input into the overall process improvement of the Engineering discipline. Mentor Automation Test Engineers and Exploratory Testers within the cross functional team.
• Assist in performing test estimation, test strategy, preparing test plans and provide regular updates to agile leads in managing day-to-day testing activities, such as test monitoring and status reporting at the end of the testing day.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Knowledge of recruitment systems including SAP Recruitment, Taleo and Avature
• Experience in building and enhancing automation frameworks.
• Strong test management skill sets.
• Experience of TOSCA test automation suite
• Able to create Test Scenarios, Test cases, Test Cases Execution using TOSCA & JIRA.
• Working experience in Agile methodology / Safe with ‘in-sprint’ automation
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent documentation skills. Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Must be well versed with Manual testing processes and methodology.
• Familiar with integration technologies e.g. Mulesoft, Springboot, cloud to cloud APIs
• Technical background in IT Operations or Software Development
• Experienced in Mobile testing tools.
• Experience with accessibility testing.
• Good understanding of SAAS solutions, JSON protocol and syntax, JIRA, and Confluence.
