We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Business Analyst.

In this role, you will:

  • The day-to-day management, support and demand of the HSBC Voice Trading platform provided to the Business.
  • Service Owner for the EMEA Dealerboard service
  • Managing all service requests from Stakeholders 
  • Managing escalations, reporting and notification to IT management and stakeholders  
  • Managing and supporting the voice trading service 
  • Ensuring processes and documentation is up to date and valid. 
  • Ensuring all Compliance Assurance and Policy obligations are adhered to in relation to the voice trading service 
  • On call, working in a week rota to support globally and performing changes at weekends and out of core business hours
Requisitos

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirement

  • 7 year experience in Telephony platforms
  • 2 Year experience in BT Trade Platform
  • Secondary skills: Wireshark, Verint Voice recording, Virtualized servers
  • Solid understanding and experience of Private wires
  • Experience in E2E development with automated testing & deployment
  • Proven track record in managing supporting voice trading systems
  • Hands-on experience with Windows servers, Automation tools, Jenkins, Ansible
  • Proficiency in using JIRA and Confluence
