We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Business Admin and Operational Management - INS COE_BUSINESS SME_CHINA_GZ.

Principal responsibilities

  • Analyze new Insurance product specifications to understand the product features, rules and rates.
  • Determine how a new product can be best configured in the Integral Product Engine (IPE) using existing knowledge and experience.
  • Identify any new product related features that are not currently supported by IPE and work with the relevant teams to further define the requirements to support the new feature.
  • Configure IPE to support the new product including defining the product structure including riders, rates and rules in readiness for user testing.
  • Work with IT development teams to define any new features to be supported by IPE.
  • Identify and document scenarios and user acceptance criteria and assist the test manager for the User Acceptance Test completion.
  • Maintain and refine the product templates in IPE to ensure both efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to further externalize product configuration into IPE to support its role as the centralized platform for product set up, rules and rates.
  • Adhere to, and be able to demonstrate adherence to, internal controls and will implement the Group compliance policy by adhering to all relevant processes/procedures.
    Requisitos
    • Bachelor's degree in related field or commensurate practical experience.
    • Understanding of Life Insurance products and processes.
    • Experience in developing business case, business requirements, and impact assessments.
    • Agile methodology and ways of working experience.
    • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders based on a good understanding of their objectives and the services they require to meet those objectives.
    • Ability to think innovatively to find creative solutions, with a proactive approach to problem solving.
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to operate effectively with ambiguous and incomplete data. 
    • Awareness of the testing process and experience of performing testing.
    • Communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain complex or technical issues.

    Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
