Customer Contact Centre

We are currently seeking high caliber professionals to join our team as Card Authorization & Portfolio Services Manager.

 

Principal responsibilities 

  • Lead and supervise a team to evaluate applications for credit limit adjustment, card loan, and spending instalment according to HASE’s unsecured lending policies while applying personal judgment and discretion in the approval processes
  • Monitor and review the recommendations made by the assistant mangers, fine tune credit review criteria and liaise with Product Team and CSM on credit policy settings with respect to card authorization, line increase and portfolio management
  • Ensure the performance of the Authorization Hotline and credit line increase process meet the established service pledges
  • Manage resources over portfolio management functions with respect to ongoing Card Portfolio promotion programs
  • Identify business opportunities and formulate business plans so as to achieve the business objectives/ targets
  • Monitor the system parameters and stability, and review the operation of manual authorization regularly to ensure quality authorization services
  • Oversee GSC Card Loan processing teams and ensure their service performance and productivities meet the pre-defined Performance Level Agreement
  • Keep abreast of the changes in the latest regulatory requirements, internal guidelines and policies 
Requisitos

Requirements

  • University degree in a related discipline or other relevant qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with knowledge of unsecured lending products and credit portfolio management
  • Strong attentiveness to details and good knowledge of the bank’s credit policy/ regulations
  • Strong leadership, analytical and problem solving mindset with logical and organized thinking
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua an advantage
