What you will do:
The role holder will provide best in class customer service while supporting HSBC Bermuda’s Banking customers and relationship managers. Also, ensuring that the services are provided in line with the relevant HSBC Group standards, regulations, and risk management.
In this role you will:
•Manage the businesses in their development of green and sustainable finance products.
•Support the management and review of Sustainable Finance reporting.
•Manage the development and management of philanthropic programmes in alignment with the Group’s charitable donation pillars.
•Manage the Corporate Sustainability donation.
•Manage Regional/Country Corporate Sustainability programmes and activities.
•Manage internal and external communication initiatives related to sustainability.
•Work collaboratively with Communications and Marketing Functions to support the development and delivery of an effective ‘Green’ internal and external communications plan.
You should apply if you have:
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
•5 years of professional experience within the financial sector
•Strong project management skills demonstrating the ability to manage simultaneous work fronts independently and proactively with limited resources, delivering on specific targets with pragmatism.
•Demonstrated experience in community investment or related field.
•Excellent knowledge across the ESG agenda. Understanding of the latest market and regulatory developments of sustainability, especially related to net zero, in the context of banking and financial institution is desired.
•Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with customers and external parties.
•Passion for customer service, willing to go above and beyond expectations to meet customer needs and resolve problems.
•Team player: easily develops good working relationships and willing to assist others to create an extraordinary service experience.
