We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

Business: Markets & Sec Services Tech

Principal responsibilities

• Communicate with diff stakeholders on testing team plan/supply and reporting progress and risk
• Carry out detailed requirements analysis on sprint scope, test strategy selection and automation execution
• Good sense of testing automation and catch up with hot automation skills, tools in IT testing market
• Foresee, identify potential risks and monitor mitigation plan execution in project testing
• Environment management, release support and automation implementation to be part of day job.
• Ensuring that quality (code / performance) and discipline (TDD, BDD, unit, JIRA usage etc) are always maintained.
• Maintaining our Agile and delivery principles.
• Collaboration with business and team along with DevOps principles maintained all the time.
• Work with Scrum methodologies to ensure that projects are delivered on time with high quality.
• Maintain automation scripts and enhance UI/ Non-UI automation (Selenium, Gherkin, Cucumber) BDD framework using JAVA
• Collaborate with developers, business analysis and QA to release the project oh high standard quality
• Use UNIX in general and shell scripting to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
• Possess bank domain knowledge to understand the business context of the software being tested by manual and automation.
• Coordinate with diff role stakeholders and drive for issues resolution

• Software development related master’s degree is best to have, Bachelor is must
• A minimum of 8 years' IT industry experience with significant testing knowledge, especially functional /automation testing.
• Proficient in java language or at least in Middle level.
• A minimum of 8 year's experiences on functional testing with strong technical knowledge on test automation architecture and BDD related toolkits, e.g. Cucumber java, Web driver, Rest service, etc.
• Rich practical experience with global team on Function test, Automation test (Web UI and API testing), Security test, Performance test, API test.
• Familiar with deployment automation tools such as Ansible, etc
• Knowledgeable of Continuous Integration tools such as Jenkins, Maven and GitHub
• Strong understanding on agile development methodology and delivery driven.
• Fluent communication skills in spoken and listening English.
• Convincing capability to cooperate with different roles in global locations.
• A highly motivated individual with positive and pro-active attitude.
• Be able to work under pressure to complete project in tight schedule
• Be aggressive
• Testing development working experience on complicated banking application is a plus.
• Working in a global team with different cultures and could handle daily work in multiple threads is a plus
• Having AI automation experience is a plus.
• Knowledge in data virtualization technology is a plus.
• UNIX in general and shell scripting is a plus.
• Good English is a plus
• Team play is a plus
