We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

Business: IWPB Technology 

Principal responsibilities

  • To ensure successful delivery with high quality for IT changes, participants in deliveries within or cross Agile teams.
  • Work with BA/business owner to analyze requirement, provide workable solutions, cost estimation, delivery timeline.
  • Lead team to make technology selection, define technique solutions, work out technical design, and improve technology domain capability.
  • Work with different stakeholders on solutions presentation, negotiation, and supporting.
  • Conduct design, code review, build high quality standard within team.
  • Coordinate with different stakeholders and drive for issues resolution.
  • Lead Agile team to define DOD (definition of done), practice story estimation and continuous improvement.
  • Take ownership and drive for initiatives to improve system capability by adopting new technology or enhancement from return of investment point of view.
  • Be flexible to take production support, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, etc.
  • Be confident to take multiple roles and tasks with appropriate priorities and pressure.
  • Hold knowledge share activities and keep uplift technique capability within teams.
  •  Responsible for adherence to relevant organizational processes.
Requisitos
  • We are looking for an experienced full-stack developer with a background of operating production business applications and working in agile devops team.
  • A successful candidate must have strong technical knowledge and skills in both front-end and back-end coding areas.
  • We expect this person will play one of the key roles in the wider team - not only when it comes to code development but also in technical consultancy, code reviews, trouble-shooting and guiding other developers.
  • Working on code development for new requirements and on fixing existing bugs/defects.
  • Be able to work in a larger team, understand priorities of others, managing conflicts while ensuring that production standards are not compromised. 
  • Communication, coordination and negotiation skills are mandatory
