Report to: SVP Wholesale Operations

  • Establish credit procedures to support the delivery of credit cervices help to avoid undue process and provide efficient mechanisms for the granting of credit services and the administration of the security control / facility loading.
  • Proper establishment, monitoring and control of security / facility is essential for ensuring a consistent Group approach to operation risk; efficient monitoring and control procedures to ensure facility loading/security review are properly approved and approval conditions met before drawdown.
  • To ensure a solid administration in line with banking regulation over security documentation and credit monitoring support within TWN CSD while achieving efficient support to the area's lending activities, thereby maximizing profitable contribution to the bank.
  • To maintain HSBC internal and external control standards, including the timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators and Group Compliance Policy.
  • To be aware of the Operational Risk scenario including people, process, system and external event and to ensure that all actions during their employment with HSBC take account of the likelihood of operational risk occurring.
  • To achieve cost reduction as well as actual saving goals annually and functionally.
  • To conduct good people management with regular one-to-one communication and case-by-case coaching, make sure of low turn-over rate and satisfactory GPS score.
