We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Delivery Head.

Business: Markets & Sec Services IT

Principal responsibilities:

• a deep, applied knowledge of Cash trading systems, architecture and implementation.
• extensive and successful experience leading greenfield, enterprise software engineering initiatives.
• expert-level, applied Java experience including garbage collection and garbage-free engineering, data structures and non-blocking IO.
• deep knowledge of equities trading including the order lifecycle, FIX messaging and Asian markets.
• detailed understanding of the design and architecture of robust, scalable and highly available distributed trading platforms.
• a passion for technology, technological solutions and continuous improvement.
• an applied understanding of risk, risk management and the role technology plays in this highly regulated environment.
• strong fluency in written and spoken English and an excellent communicator.
