We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Delivery Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

This role drives end-to-end delivery of changes regarding digital propositions/services in the Insurance Health Sector. Via proactively balancing scope, schedule, capacity, risks, and outcomes, you will manage delivery plans with technical/non-technical critical paths to ensure achievement of ultimate business outcomes. Beside you will work closely with Scrum Master, Product Owners, Test lead, Tech leads in a cross-functional, multi-country POD while adopting Agile methodologies and change frameworks to gain delivery efficiency and quality. 

In this role you will: 

  • Develop optimized project plans addressing delivery constraints while maximizing benefits and mitigating risks
  • Maintain rigorous control over baselined scope, dependencies, and timelines throughout the project lifecycle
  • Deliver clear executive reporting on project status, risks, and decision points
  • Manage change control processes with comprehensive impact analysis
  • Build stakeholder consensus through regular updates and formal approvals for plan changes
  • Drive benefits realization by aligning deliverables with business vision and proposition objectives
  • Foster collaborative team environments to encourage the professionalism and development of our teams
Requisitos

To be successful you will need: 

  • Solid stakeholder management with consultative engagement approach
  • Proven team leadership and cross-functional collaboration capabilities
  • Business Transformation best practices and Change Adoption expertise
  • Agile / scrum methodologies of project delivery
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA/ Confluence
  • Domain experience on Insurance Product, Group Medical/Life Product, Mobile Engagement/Servicing Platforms etc
