Role Purpose:
We’re seeking a strategic and delivery-focused Digital Delivery Manager to lead the optimization of our public website, with a sharp focus on Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and digital sales conversion. This critical role sits at the intersection of digital marketing, product, and technology, and plays a key part in enhancing our digital acquisition strategy and improving the online experience for our retail banking customers.

Using data, insights, and agile methods, you will lead initiatives that improve our search visibility, optimize journeys particularly for mobile users and increase the digital sales performance of key products such as current accounts, wealth and credit cards.

Duties & Responsibilities 
•    Be accountable for Digital Delivery Management.
•    Optimize customer journeys for acquisition, ensuring seamless mobile-first experiences.
•    Define and prioritize the digital backlog with a focus on SEO impact and conversion improvements.
•    Analyse user behaviour and customer journeys using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar).
•     Use data and analytics to identify improvement opportunities across traffic, engagement, and conversion funnels.
•    Collaborate with UX and design teams to identify friction points and develop A/B tests to optimize funnels.
•    Work closely with digital sales teams to define and track KPIs for conversion goals (e.g., application starts, sign-ups, product leads).
•    Overseeing A/B testing, personalization, and user journey experiments to improve digital performance closely collaborating with the group Conversion Rate Optimization team.
•    Own and manage the backlog of public website enhancements focused on digital sales and lead generation.
•    Provide regular performance updates, dashboards, and insights to senior stakeholders.
•     Maintain alignment with regulatory, compliance, brand, and accessibility standards.
•    Actively build relationships with colleagues across products & propositions, sales and distribution, regional businesses, marketing, control functions, the global public website team and the wider organization working together to create compelling public website

Requisitos

Experience & Qualifications: 
•    Graduation degree is REQUIRED– to secure a Work Permit. 
•    Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
•    2 to 5 years of experience in digital delivery with strong emphasis on SEO and CRO, ideally in banking or other regulated environments.
•    Experience with CRO tools (e.g., Optimizely, Adobe Target, Google Optimize) and web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4, Hotjar).
•    Solid understanding of customer behaviour in the context of online banking and digital acquisition.
•     Demonstrated ability to work across teams and translate data into impactful website changes.
•    Strong knowledge of mobile UX best practices, accessibility, and responsive design.
•    Agile delivery experience and ability to manage multiple priorities with a commercial mindset.
•    Proficient in using workflow and project management tools, particularly Jira and Confluence. (a plus)
•    Strong understanding of digital sales funnels, user behaviour analysis, and journey optimization.
•     Proficiency in Arabic and English.
