Human Resources leads the implementation of the Group’s people strategy in line with business objectives. It facilitates talent management, succession planning and employee mobility while defining and overseeing frameworks that support employee performance management, reward, learning and development, resourcing and engagement.  

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Emerging Talent Lead, Singapore. 

Principal Responsibilities

Position Overview
This role is pivotal in supporting the professional growth and development of graduates and emerging talent in Singapore, ensuring they have a positive and seamless experience throughout their journey. You will play a key role in managing training, continuous professional development (CPD), performance reviews, stakeholder engagement, and providing ongoing support to both graduates and managers.

You will influence the global graduate development strategy and develop a local plan based on market specific needs, including the overall design and development of the graduate programme as well as providing insight to support the attraction and recruitment strategy.

In this role you will:

  • Develop an end-to-end local emerging talent strategy, interlocking with Regional and Global colleagues and strategy to deliver the right capabilities and talent aligned to business and local market needs
  • Be the key point of contact and Relationship Manager to all Singapore businesses for the graduate programme, overseeing the end-to-end management along with leading best practice, consistency, and alignment across market
  • Regional responsibilities will be included in the coverage of this role but finer details to be confirmed
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure the programme aligns with business objectives and contributes to talent pipeline goals
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for graduates, ensuring they feel supported and engaged throughout the programme
  • Support graduate rotations across key business areas, ensuring alignment with the programme's objectives and business needs
  • Monitor the progress of graduates, ensuring they meet key milestones and gain the skills necessary for career progression
  • Leverage data to track graduate progress, performance, and engagement
  • Support the performance review process, ensuring constructive and transparent evaluations
  • Coach and guide Emerging Talent on programme and post programme, identifying high potential talent for ongoing opportunities and Talent programmes
  • Foster an inclusive and supportive environment for graduates, ensuring they feel valued and empowered 
  • Develop, coordinate, and oversee training schedules tailored to the needs of the graduates and the business
  • Organise and manage events related to the Graduate Programme, including inductions session, networking events, workshops, and training
  • Own and build active relationships and knowledge base with external partners and vendors
  • Accountable for delivery against key performance indicators, including learning engagement, retention, progression, mobility, and performance. Driving y-o-y improvements and active annual reviews
  • Provide thought leadership on Gen Z and best practice, as well as local expertise at Group and Global level
Requisitos
  • Experience of Emerging Talent or Graduate solutions; attraction, selection, and/or development
  • Strong understanding of talent development, performance management, and CPD frameworks
  • Proven ability to cultivate strong relationships and effectively support and motivate graduates
  • Data focussed, able to analyse data to influence change
  • Commercially focussed to ensure best outcomes in most cost-effective way
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to build and develop relationships with senior stakeholders, challenging where appropriate
  • Highly organised and resourceful, able to prioritise and deliver outcomes
  • Experience owning an end-to-end strategy from development to execution preferred
  • Strong project management skills and experience of implementing a regional strategy and meeting / exceeding KPIs
  • Experience of guiding, coaching, and managing others
  • Growth mindset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Asia region experience preferred
