We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Executive Assistant (6 months fixed term contract).

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the HK Insurance Chief Operating Officer

  • Arrange and maintain daily schedules, appointments and travel itinerary

  • Handle routine correspondence and other general secretarial support

  • Coordinate with stakeholders and attend to matters related to the work of the team, provide support to Business Management team for any ad hoc projects

  • Coordinate and collate management and market information as necessary and create presentations to be used for communication of key messages

  • Maintain effective and efficient communication throughout the Hong Kong Insurance Chief Operating Officer Team

  • Team support, including coordination with Information Technology, Corporate services and Building services

  • Accrual and invoice management for Hong Kong Insurance Chief Operating Officer Team

Requisitos

To be successful you will need

  • Solid working experience in Administrative Support within financial service industry, preferably within Insurance

  • Strong Familiarity working with Senior Executives

  • Knowledge of HSBC administration systems and processes is desirable

  • Typing and advanced user of Computer applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Excellent use of English and Chinese including Cantonese and Putonghua, both verbal and written

  • Well organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment where multitasking skills are important

  • A mindset of continuous improvement and aiming for excellence with ability to seek out and improve on best practice and capability

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders, both internal and external and conflicting priorities
