Role Purpose

Coordinating delivery across all aspects of change across subset of Agile Teams and in support of the Agile Business Delivery Lead. Operates across a subset of Agile Teams. Actively driving business delivery across all aspects of change. Accountable for Financial management (e.g. Business/Tr recharges, direct cost, charges to the business), governance, executive reporting, QBR support. 

Support Business in breaking down product vision and roadmap into a backlog of actionable and appropriately sized work items that clarify what needs to be done, in what order and how to know it is done correctly (e.g. Definition of Done).

Support POs to understand impact of changes in backlog prioritisation on delivery plan.

Responsibilities

-          Responsible for delivery of defined backlog (usually across a number of Agile Teams) or VS (in support of Delivery Lead) delivery

-          Identify and manage delivery risks across a subset of Agile Teams/ SVS de

-          Responsible for coordinating Change & Implementation activities, engaging with Market Activation for digital channel changes, to ensure completion of impact assessments (customers, colleagues, back end, operations); Go to Market planning, internal & external comms, training, operational readiness, management of pilot, migration and customer launch, GNG governance, hypercare support, BAU handover.

-          Responsible for coordinating flow to work functions, e.g. Legal, Marketing, Compliance, 2nd/3rd LOD as related to scope of backlog and delivery

-          Manage / support budgeting and financial management

-          Support detailed business case definition and business change cost estimates

-          Responsible for sign-off of change management approvals (incl. Change Framework compliance, NFRs, Data Visa, Records Management, SOX, Data Management compliance)

-          Support business vendor onboarding which enables delivery of DM’s scope

-          Define change delivery plan across a number of Agile Teams and/or SVSs with markets (e.g.. market run ahead activities, Change & Implementation)

-          Support S/VS reporting, including OKR tracking and management, QBR

-          Identify and manage business risks, managing approvals via RMM, GRROC etc

Requisitos

Qualifications

Experience / Education

         Business Administration, Finance, Commerce degree or related fields.    

      Fluency English (C1, C2)

         Experience working with Agile methodologies is preferred.

-                Leadership: The role will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams for execution and interact with Sr. Stakeholders.

-                Ability to form networks and influence at multiple levels of the organization (both up and down), across different teams.

-              Must be a self-starter, flexible, innovative and adaptive.
