We are now inviting qualified individuals to join this team in the role of GTRF Business Development ManagerPrincipal Responsibilities
The GTRF Business Development Manager role is responsible for generating new business and for initiating and managing business development initiatives.
The tasks for this role will include most of the following:
· Leading origination efforts of Global Trade and Receivables Finance solutions for a dedicated portfolio of primarily consumer brands and retail clients – establishing new business relationships and strengthening existing ones, whilst ensuring fair outcomes for all types of customers
· Aggressively grow local revenues for the dedicated portfolio of clients
· Assisting in establishing new business relationships and strengthening existing ones, whilst ensuring fair outcomes for all types of customers
· Assisting in the communication of new products, propositions and relevant market information to customers
· Proactively identifying sales opportunities and develop these opportunities
· Supporting distribution channel business development strategies
· Supporting plans and strategies to generate new business, as well as increasing revenue for existing ones, in order to achieve asset growth, sales or revenue targets
· Collaborating with internal stakeholders, which may include relationship mangers and product specialists, to maximize cross-selling opportunities for the bank
· Participating in events, initiatives and activities to develop business opportunities
· Protecting the bank's reputation and ensuring an acceptable risk profile, whilst deepening your understanding of the client through credit and customer due diligence reviews
· Bachelor Degree in Finance, Business or related discipline
· Extensive knowledge of global trade and receivables finance, services, products and techniques
· Good understanding of the market trends, competitive environment and regulatory environment
· Detailed knowledge if Credit and Risk including techniques to mitigate risk
· Proven ability in identifying and meeting customer needs through matching a broad range of products and services
· Ability to interact with business customers at all levels
· Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
· Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and the ability to deliver compelling presentations in English and Vietnamese
