We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Software Engineering Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate ART Processes: Lead and manage the Agile Release Train events including Program Increment (PI) planning, ART syncs, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
  • Coordinate Team Activities: Align and coordinate multiple Agile teams to ensure synchronized delivery and identify and mitigate dependencies and risks.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement and Agile Adoption: Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encourage innovation, and lead retrospectives to enhance team performance.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders at all levels, clearly communicating the vision, objectives, and progress of the ART.
  • Facilitate Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between Agile teams, Product Owners, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective and open communication.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators, track ART progress, and provide regular reports to leadership on the status of ongoing projects..

Requisitos

Qualifications – External

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in IT and 5 years of experience in Agile project management or a similar role, with at least 2 years as a Release Train Engineer.
  • Certification: SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification or equivalent Agile certification.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and SAFe methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Rally).
  • Experience in the contact centre or telecommunications industry.
  • Demonstrated success in leading large-scale Agile transformations.
  • Proficiency in Lean-Agile practices and principles
