Human Resources leads the implementation of the Group’s People strategy, facilitating talent management, succession planning and employee mobility while defining and overseeing frameworks that support employee performance management, reward, learning and development, resourcing and engagement. Ensuring talent practices support relevant stakeholders and reflect HSBC values, the function reviews the people implications of business plans while delivering policies, projects, processes and activities in support of business objectives.

-Report to: VP HR Service Delivery

Role Summary
-Effectively collaborate/communicate with external payroll vendor to manage monthly payroll/tax and social insurance related matters for HSBC Taiwan entities (from smaller to larger scale entities, ranging from less than 100 to over 2,000 employees, depending on candidate’s experience). Execute hands-on expertise to manage vendor’s performance, as well as internal and external regulatory compliance.
-Provide excellent employee service via HR Contact Center model to employees and managers with direct and positive impact on individuals.
-Instruct and guide managers and HR colleagues on the processes to ensure compliance and data quality in HR systems. Hands-on maintaining HR System data. Manage employee documentation physically and electronically; Provision data for auditors, generate ad-hoc reporting, etc
-Manage/execute key HR processes, including but not limited to probation, progressions, terminations, etc.
-Coordinate and execute global/local benefits programs administration and expense claims, etc
-Support ad hoc requests and tasks assigned. 
Postulación
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above
- Skills: Advanced Excel, knowledge of HR Systems (e.g. local HR Systems, SAP)

Other Qualifications
- Being enthusiastic to provide excellent Employee Experience (EX) under leading edge Global Employee Service Model. Attention to details, problem solving skills, and customer service orientation. Being flexible to assigned tasks and dynamic on changes.
- Experience in accounting firm/HR and accounting operations highly preferred.
- Good command in English.
