We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Head of Customer Onboarding.
Principal Responsibilities
In this role you will
- Achieve agreed Personal and Team’s performance expectations across all pillars of performance evaluation framework
- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members
- Supports monitoring and tracking results of campaigns/activities for replicating successes and learnings
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to deploy Customer Onboarding Managers at events to acquire New to Bank customers
- Ensures that the team adheres to governance and controls standards that meets HSBC’s risks appetite
To be successful you will need
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Driven with proven track record in sales related industry. Experience in financial related industry will be an added advantage
- Experience in engaging high net worth and/or International clients
- Strong sales management skills
- Independent and resourceful
- Strong communication skills
