We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Head of Strategic Partnerships.
Principal Responsibilities
In this role you will
- Define and own the end-to-end strategic partnership roadmap aligned to Retail Banking objectives
- Develop partnership strategies across key verticals: Wealth Management, Health, Lifestyle and Digital Ecosystem, and Cross-border Banking
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard partners that complement the bank’s customer value proposition
- Structure and negotiate partnership agreements (e.g., co-branding, affiliate models, referrals, product bundling)
- Work closely with product, marketing, technology, legal, compliance, and risk teams to deliver partnership initiatives
- Lead test-and-learn initiatives and pilot programs with selected partners
- Build and manage the partnership P&L, setting KPIs for performance tracking
To be successful you will need
- Proven track record of identifying, structuring, and scaling partnerships that deliver measurable business value
- Advanced experience in working with a diverse range of partners: Financial providers, fintechs, tech platforms, lifestyle brands, wealth managers, travel/health/education providers
- Deep understanding of P&L impact, pricing models, revenue-sharing structures, and performance metrics related to partnerships
- Experience leading end-to-end partnership execution—strategy, business case, approvals, integration, launch, and optimization
- Ability to see the big picture and align partnership opportunities with long-term business strategy
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships across C-level partners and internal stakeholders
