We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Insurance Distribution Support Specialist.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Review life insurance new business application and deliver premium financing end-to-end case management service
  • Support to uplift branch and individual sales quality above threshold throughout the routine case review, reinforcement training and regular reporting
  • Timely provide accurate case information in consistent basis to sales staff for taking remediation to the new application
  • Handle case enquires from sales staff in professional manner
  • Support additional and/or ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requisitos
  • Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above in finance, business or related field
  • 2 years’ experience on bancassurance (preferably with sales quality &/or retail banking individual life insurance product knowledge and sales experiences)
  • Effective communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Conversant in PC skills (Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel with VBA/Macro is an advantage)
  • Strong sense of teamwork and able to work independently
  • Performance driven and results focused
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
