Customer Value Management is vital in maintaining HSBC’s position as a provider of world-class wealth and personal banking solutions, directing business development with a focus on customers. The team works to ensure the most appropriate pricing, products and promotions are directed to the most relevant customers, concentrating on building value, treating customers fairly and creating a superb customer experience.

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Marketing Manager, Personal Banking, AMH WPB Marketing.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Develop effective programme strategies and mechanics to drive retail products (card/loans/deposit) growth for different customer groups/segments via different channels
  • Independently manage and ensure smooth programme implementation
  • Drive digital acquisition for card
  • Conduct market/portfolio analysis and segmentation study for acquisition and growth programme
  • Conduct programme evaluation to facilitate learning and continuous improvements
  • Manage budget and track expenses in accordance with the department’s guidelines
  • Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely and effective coordination for the rollout of initiatives
  • Ensure all activities adhere to established marketing processes and policies and reinforce the brand values
Requisitos
  • University graduate in business studies with a background in marketing is preferred
  • A minimum of 8 years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally has worked for a banking/financial institution with involvement or a good understanding of banking products
  • Proficient in data analysis, project management, advertising production and direct marketing with good commercial sense
  • Hands-on experience in digital acquisition
  • Strong communication skills, especially in written Chinese and English a must
  • A team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
  • Experienced in liaising with external business partners and suppliers
