We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Marketing Manager Wealth AMH WPB Marketing.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Formulate marketing strategies and implementing marketing initiatives with a focus on owned and paid media strategy to reinforce the HSBC wealth positioning with 2 key focuses (1) Drive awareness, acquisition and usage of HSBC wealth products and solutions – with focus on Premier/ Premier Elite (2) Drive deeper understanding, and eventual take up of HSBC wealth products and solutions to drive higher wealth penetration
  • Promote HSBC wealth management solutions through paid, owned and earned media and establish partnerships where relevant to maximize value
  • Be part of the wealth team to plan and execute key Wealth events for HSBC, working closely with the Wealth Products, Distribution, and Proposition teams
  • Provide a strong marketing-tech view on the strategy and execution of marketing campaigns, and have the analytical mindset to ensure investment and spend is fully optimized, working closely with agencies and media partners
  • Applying internal and external insights and data points to develop and execute Customer Marketing strategies to achieve the business and brand objectives mentioned above
  • Responsible for marketing creative development and governance, including stakeholder, agency / supplier, and budget management of his/ her designated campaigns and areas
  • Manage a disciplined approach to measuring performance linking business and customer results to all initiatives, perform analysis on campaigns to understand what is driving results
  • Coordinate with the rest of the team in assigned focus areas relating to team governance and submissions
  • Ensure marketing communications to Affluent customers upholds the highest standards within the bank
  • Support innovation projects and embrace agile ways of working
Requisitos
  • University degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 6 years' relevant job experience and at least 2 years’ people management experience, with exposure to financial services and wealth marketing industry preferred
  • Hands on experience leading ATL & BTL marketing campaigns – with relevant experience on paid and owned media strategy and execution - demonstrable experience in managing digital marketing tools, including PPC, programmatic, social media and email marketing
  • Strong sense of business analysis and acumen
  • Creative, constantly look out for new opportunities to achieve business goals digitally
  • Detail-oriented, capable of working independently and under pressure
  • Good communication, interpersonal, analytical and project management skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
