We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Software Engineering Specialist

In this role, you will:

  •  Install, configure, and maintain Windows Servers and IIS hosted apps. Perform system updates, patches, and routine health checks across both platforms.
  •  Troubleshoot server performance, networking, and application-level issues in mixed environments.
  • IIS & SharePoint Support network operations (switches, routers, firewalls) in collaboration with network engineering teams.
  • Manage DNS, DHCP, and network-related policies for servers and applications.
  • Monitor network performance, capacity, and security to ensure stable connectivity for critical services.
  • Oversee the procurement, installation, and renewal of SSL/TLS certificates for internal and external services.
  • Coordinate and execute patch management processes for operating systems, applications, and firmware, with minimal downtime.
  • Act as a key escalation point for complex technical incidents; troubleshoot, analyze root causes, and implement effective resolutions.
  • Utilize monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds) to track system health, application performance, and security logs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams—including development, security, and networking—to plan and implement system changes and new technologies.
Requisitos

The successful candidate will also meet the following requirements: 

  • Proven experience designing and managing Azure-based cloud infrastructure solutions.
  • Proven experience in SharePoint architecture, design, and administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Azure IaaS/PaaS (Azure SQL, Azure AD, Networks).
  • Proficiency in infrastructure as code solutions (Terraform, ARM templates).
  • Strong scripting skills in PowerShell and experience with Azure Automation. 
  • Strong understanding of DevOps methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, Git version control.
  • Knowledge of cloud cost optimization, monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics).
  • Experience with Solr/Solr Cloud is a plus.
  • Familiarity with public website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore) is a plus.
  • Experience in intranet design and implementation is a plus.
