We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join Wealth and Personal Banking team in the role of Premier Acquisition Staff.


In this role, you will be responsible to acquire new customers in HSBC Premier Segment and provide Wealth Management products to customers. As a Premier Acquisition, an intensive training development will be available to support the performance. During the start of service, a Premier Acquisition will represent HSBC and will be paired with a mentor in developing network and relationship with prospective customers and colleagues in the Bank.

  • Hold minimum of Bachelor's Degree
  • Have minimum 1.5 years experience in sales funding banking industry,
  • High motivation and strong sales driven,
  • Has passion to build career in sales area and good networking is a must,
  • High motivation and strong commercial drive,
  • Able to work in a team.
  • This position will be placement at Bandung, Balikpapan, Batam, Denpasar, Jakarta, Lampung, Makassar, Malang, Manado, Medan, Palembang, Pekanbaru, Pontianak, Samarinda, Semarang, Solo, Surabaya and Tangerang.
