We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of  Lead Business Analyst

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with the business to help produce clear and unambiguous business requirements
  • Excellent team player who contributes to the overall project delivery. Ability to prepare business communication and requirement analysis plan.
  • Comfortable in gathering requirements from the business and writing both functional and technical specifications.
  • Ability to produce clear and concise documentation in Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Visio. Different documentation style and format dependent on audience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both business users and the IT development team.
  • Ability to manage conflicting business requirements and project scope. Ability to escalate risks, issues and dependencies to Project Management.
  • A delivery-orientated approach to both individually assigned tasks and projects at all times. 
  • An integral aspect of this role is for the candidate to leverage their communication with stakeholders to most optimally quantify business needs to the development team. Testing delivered IT components and working with the Development team to resolve any identified defects.
Requisitos

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • At least 8+ years of hands on experience as a Senior/Lead BA in a large scale Investment Banking implementation
  • Responsibility for prioritizing the work with the Product Owner, clarifying requirements, Project Planning and tracking, responsible performing gap analysis, coordinate with different teams & stakeholders, assist in testing and actively get involved in production issues
  • Experience in product lifecycle management and software development
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Own and facilitate the production of the implementation plan by the engineering teams. plan.
  • Prepare manage and provide reporting to IT and senior management
  • Ability to control the plan and resources, ensure that activities are in place to adequately prepare the business and engage all the appropriate stakeholders effectively to enable the change to be implemented and handed over
