We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
· Based on INBB business goals of I&I strategy, ensure online wealth solution are performing as expected and look to drive optimization based on frontline needs and FPE team insight.
· Reframe an online sales journey covering the entire NAG and private placed products sales process on the condition of limited resources, while also embedding compliance and cultural values.
· Transform complex asset allocation concepts into online wealth solution that empower FPE to better fulfill clients’ investment needs.
· Conduct training session to deliver new online wealth launches and translate solution strategy to frontline through morning huddle and FPE.
Requisitos
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
· University degree with honours in finance, mathematics or a related discipline
· Minimum ten years of relevant work experience in multiple financial industry inc. fund distributors, security firms and banks. Experience as consultant is preferred.
· Deep knowledge of INBB’s F/S business status quo, to complete solutions under development, as well as navigate through business requirements, differences of opinion on approach.
· Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver frontline business needs and provide needs-based solutions
· Demonstrates ability to set stretch goals for self and the ability to deliver these with courage and tenacity
· Proven ability to build strong relationships across INBB stakeholders.
· Obtained Fund Qualification from AMAC
· Fluent in English and Mandarin
