We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Associate – Advisory Specialist

Principal responsibilities
- Interface closely with Blackrock and internal IT to develop or enhance Advisory features HSBC is utilizing.
- Collaborate with various product teams to incorporate the relevant investment content into the Advisory process.
- Provide domain expertise to resolve BAU issues from booking centres related to Global Advisory.
- Manage the quality of advice and the model methodology within the Advisory architecture framework.
- Liaise with other local platform teams to enhance the User Interface & User Experience for the advisory client journey.
- Perform critical data quality checks to ensure the accuracy and stability of outputs from key platforms like Aladdin and ART
- Collaborate with global & regional Advisory team on sales enablement topics and solve topics related to portfolio construction and investment content.
- Resolve advisory topics related to portfolio analytics escalated by the front office
- Degree in finance/business and with other professional accreditations such as CFA
- At least 3 years of experience in banking or Asset Management
- Strong understanding of asset allocation and portfolio construction
- Knowledge with platforms and systems such as Aladdin, Qlik-Sense and Avaloq
- Adept with MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of programming languages like Python and SQL
- Effective with stakeholder management and able to work with teams across locations
