We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

Principal responsibilities 
A key part of the role will be to assist in Firewall infrastructure modernization and collaborate with solutions architect to define solutions to meet the business requirements for the Telecoms Services Networking domain globally.

Influence and align the company’s vision and strategy, while engaging our teams to develop and deliver specific, multi-year roadmaps, programs, and projects.
Applies foundational technical knowledge of an architecture solution to meet business requirements and resolve identified technical constraints.
Focus on independent execution, problem solving and demonstration of passion towards engineering excellence.
Relentlessly look for ways to simplify and automate our environments
Manage global & regional large-scale transformation network projects.
Work on various complex projects, as a Technical Subject Matter Expert. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technical deliverables are met.
Manage vendors across the project delivery and technical matters.
Coach, mentor, support, and care for the junior team members in a way that enables long-term career development, happiness, and success
 Participate in an on-call rotation for support of systems outside of normal business hours. Provide 2nd line network support for major incidents. To lead problem resolution and coordination activities

Requisitos

Requirements

• Degree qualifications in Computer Science, Information Engineering or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• Technical Subject Matter Expert in Checkpoint Firewall Infrastructure including multi-domain management, Logging servers, virtualization, Maestro, automation. CCSE is an advantage
• Technical knowledge on Fortinet Firewalls is a plus
 Extensive experience as a data network and security specialist in a large enterprise network
Technical knowledge in networking (Cisco and non-Cisco) with an emphasis on software-defined networks (SDN) and leveraging spine & leaf designs.
Proficient hands on experience networking background (Subnetting, Switching, Routing, VLANs, VRFs, Firewalls, VPNs…etc).
Top Tier IT Certifications (eg Cisco CCIE, Cloud certificates) is a plus
Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g. Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Alibaba Cloud ….etc.)
Proficient in setting up and manage the modern configuration management, infrastructure as code tools, CI/CD tools (e.g. Ansible, Jenkins , Git, GitHub  etc.)
Proficient in scripting and or coding skills in multiple common languages (e.g. Perl, Python, shell scripting..etc)
Sound knowledge data centre operations, systems infrastructure and architecture design
Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
Requires a collaborative teammate who enjoy working in multi-functional groups and has the ability and willingness to work with others around the world
Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, IT Management, and business users
Sound analytical, problem solving skills and strong work ethics
Proficient English written and verbal communication skills
