We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

Principal responsibilities
Scrum Master Leadership:
• Serve as Scrum Master for a dedicated Agile pod, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives).
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, removing impediments and driving continuous improvement.
• Coach team members on Agile principles and best practices to maximize delivery quality and efficiency.
Automated Testing Oversight:
• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of automated testing frameworks and processes within the pod.
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage for Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to define test strategies, acceptance criteria, and quality standards.
Delivery & Quality Assurance:
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Track delivery progress, manage risks, and ensure timely resolution of issues related to testing and quality assurance.
• Promote best practices in test automation, continuous integration, and continuous delivery (CI/CD).
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration:
• Act as the primary point of contact for business users, IT, and external partners regarding automated testing and delivery within the pod.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize testing processes, increase automation, and enhance service quality.
Requisitos
• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in technology delivery, quality assurance, or technology consulting, with at least 2 years focused on automated testing for Power Platform or similar low-code/no-code solutions.
• Strong understanding of automated testing tools, frameworks, and best practices (e.g., Selenium, Power Platform test tools, Azure DevOps).
• Proven experience acting as Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and coaching teams in Agile practices.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is required.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and experience in regulated environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Domain knowledge in Private Banking and CRM systems is an advantage.
• Prior experience in banking or financial services is preferred.
