Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

1.     Partnership Development and Expansion: Attend industry exhibitions and trade fairs, represent the company, develop networks, and provide feedback and information on market trends. Identify potential strategic partners across various industries, understanding customer business driversLead and participate in negotiations with partners, secure partnership agreements, and ensure mutual benefits.

2.     Relationship Management and Maintenance: Maintain and deepen existing cross-industry partnerships, regularly communicate with partners to understand their needs and feedback. Organize and participate in regular business review meetings to ensure the smooth progress of partnership projects.

3.     Project Management and Execution: Manage the overall partnership projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation. Coordinate internal resources and teams to ensure projects are completed on time and with high quality. Prepare project progress reports, timely report on project developments and outcomes, and resolve issues during execution.

4.     Cross-Department Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, product, and risk management, to ensure successful partnership project implementation.

Requisitos

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business Management, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.

2. Work Experience: Over 3 years of experience in partnership management or related fields, with proven success in cross-industry collaborations.

3. Skills Requirements: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish and maintain high-level business relationships. Superb attention to detail.

4. Analytical Ability: Strong market analysis and strategic planning skills, capable of independently completing analytical reports and strategic recommendations.

5. Team Collaboration: Ability to work independently but also good team spirit and cross-departmental collaboration skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

6. Language Skills: Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
