We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Product Design Lead.

Principal responsibilities

• You’ll help millions of HSBC customers. Encourage designers to build empathy and a deep understanding of customer needs.
• Build and lead a successful design team. Shape the way design teams work and create a space for each designer to thrive, learn and grow.
• Be responsible for human-centric experiences. Create the vision, define strategy, and support designers to deliver it.
• You are a natural leader. Confident with stakeholder management.

• You have 15+ years of experience in User Experience and User Interface Design, with an impressive portfolio of world class projects and case studies.
• You are an experienced design leader and enjoy working with people and managing teams. Introducing inclusive ways of working and new ideas on how things are done.
• You’re T shaped. Having deep knowledge of specific areas, and a broad view of all thing’s product design.
• You’re influential and culture driven. Building effective relationships with people across the business, and empowering designers to work autonomously.
• You know how to ship the right solutions. Raising the bar for quality and ensuring the right discovery and delivery takes place.
