We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Project Management Officer.

Business: CIB CLS Tech

Principal responsibilities

  • Statuses tracking of programme’s deliverables and milestones.

  •  Risk and issue monitoring and co-ordination.

  • Coordination of the regular project and programme level reporting.

  • Manage the collection, collation and processing of project information from stakeholders.

  • Assist with the implementation of project standards across projects.

  • Monitor and report on budgets and expenditure. Perform monthly health check on Clarity timesheet booking aligned with resource plan, and follow-up on unplanning gap.

  • Partner in successful delivery of the portfolio with the stakeholders within immediate team and partner with the IT COO, Business Manager, WFM, Procurement.

  • Support resource hiring, onboarding, off-boarding, and contract extension; Tracking of contracts and renewals as needed. Including coordination with TPS PO billing, and tech adjustment as needed.

Requisitos
  •  Possess experience coordinating programmes or with cross-functional teams

  • Knowledge in the project management lifecycle

  • Knowledge in data extraction from data repository such as Cognos, GCV and Discover

  • Strong knowledge in project financial management

  • Strong knowledge in MS Excel and PowerPoint

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Ability to articulate in writing detailed concepts and to present information to a variety of audiences in a clear and concise manner

  • Demonstrates ability and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency

  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment; seek regular feedback and contribute in team meetings
