We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Software Engineer.

Principal responsibilities
- Agile Leadership: Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews, ensuring that teams remain focused on delivering value.
- Project Management: Maintain project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or roadblocks. Foster good relationships with business units, ensuring that their needs are understood and prioritized in project planning.
Requisitos
- Proven experience on project management within an Agile environment, preferably in data-driven projects.
- Agile Methodologies: Have knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and experience in applying these practices to deliver projects effective.
- Communication and Leadership: Good communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Problem resolve skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions quickly.
