We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior UX Designer - SECURITIES SERVICES CTB - TKH.
Principal responsibilities
- User Research and Analysis: Conducting or overseeing user research to understand the needs, behaviors, and motivations of users, e.g., creating surveys, conducting interviews, or analyzing user data to gather insights.
- Apply design thinking methodologies to solve complex user problems. This includes defining user personas, mapping user journeys, and strategizing on how to improve the overall user experience.
- Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize design solutions. This involves using tools like Sketch, Figma etc. to create prototypes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to ensure that the user experience is considered throughout the product development process. This often involves presenting design ideas, participating in design sprints, and providing feedback on implementation.
- Contribute to or manage the design system to ensure consistency across the product. This includes creating and maintaining design guidelines, UI components, and patterns.
- Ensure that designs are accessible and inclusive to all users, including those with disabilities. This involves adhering to accessibility standards and considering diverse user needs in the design process.
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX design.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Psychology or a related field.
- Excellent core interaction design skills, knowledge of the user-centered design methodologies, and an understanding of designing for a quality user experience.
- Excellent communication skills across different organizational levels.
- Professional in English.
- Know the tools. Experience with Figma, sketch, Invision is strongly preferred.
- Navigate an agile work environment and perform key tasks within sprints.
Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
