We provide products and services such as bank accounts, credit cards, personal loans and mortgages, as well as asset management, insurance, wealth management and private banking, that best suit our customers’ needs.
The jobholder is expected to support PRMs to gain more client trust and commitment in broadening and deepening their relationship with HSBC per listed outcomes below
- Acting as a wealth expert in one or several product categories, as relevant to market, such as Insurance/Retirement/Protection etc.
- Adding value to clients with more complex needs, e.g. GPB RMs and Premier Elite clients
- Assisting GPB RMs and/or PRMs in understanding clients better, meeting clients together with GPB RMs and/or PRMs when required, making suitable recommendations and helping clients understand the value and risks of solutions available to them
- Following the needs-based sales process, giving clients a meaningful and consistent wealth experience and ultimately providing an outstanding client experience
- Supporting GPB RMs and/or PRMs to gain more client trust and commitment in broadening and deepening their relationship with HSBC
- Conducting product training, to support and deliver new product launches and leading client education events, to help client gain better knowledge of financial markets and financial solutions

- University or above graduated
- Proven experience with track record
- Influencing and client-oriented communication skills
- Understanding of Group Wealth Strategy and the ability to plan own activities accordingly
- Ambitious about providing the highest standards of delivery to colleagues and customers
- Ambition of reaching goals for self and ability to deliver these with courage and tenacity
- Making considered decisions that protect HSBC and the business
- Strong communication, coaching, and presentation skills
- Proficient in EXCEL, PowerPoint
