We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Software Engineering Manager.

 

Business: Markets & Sec Services Tech

 

Principal responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Development : Manage, mentor, and scale high-performing software engineering teams; Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning; Conduct performance reviews, set OKRs, and support career growth.
  • Project Management: Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle for multiple initiatives using Agile/Scrum methodologies; Prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality software; Mitigate risks and resolve technical/business challenges proactively.
  • Technical Oversight: Lead architecture design and implementation for scalable applications using RAD principles; Drive database optimization, security, and performance tuning (SQL/NoSQL); Enforce CI/CD best practices and automate deployment pipelines.
  • Process Improvement: Refine development workflows to meet compliance, security, and coding standards; Champion Agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives) and DevOps practices.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product, QA, and business teams to align technical solutions with organizational goals; Communicate project status, risks, and technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.  
Requisitos
  • Experience: 10+ years in software development (full-stack preferred); 5+ years managing teams of 5+ engineers and complex projects; Proven track record in Agile environments and CI/CD implementation.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in RAD frameworks and database systems (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB); Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Github, Teamcity, etc.) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP, etc.); Strong coding background in languages like Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional English communication (written/verbal) for global collaboration; Strategic problem-solving and decision-making abilities; Ability to mentor engineers and manage cross-cultural teams.
  • Education:  Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
