Job objective:

Profitably manage and control relationships with strategic Business Partners, as well as the surveillance and monitoring of automotive credit portfolios generated under them, in compliance with established contracts, HSBC policies and the corresponding regulation.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the business relationship with business partners, monitoring the performance of an assigned portfolio of auto credit collection rights.
  • Manage the acquisition of auto financing receivables from existing business relationships.
  • Ensure and validate that the collection rights acquired meet the eligibility criteria described for each of the transactions.
  • Ensure the correct flow of operations and registration in the HSBC Balance Sheet in the acquisition of collection rights, as well as in the administration of the portfolio, including its due collection and recovery.
  • Generate indicators and/or KPIS that allow the Bank's management and business partners to monitor and control the performance of a set of collection rights acquired by HSBC.
  • Coordinate with the various areas of the Bank the correct operation of acquisition of collection rights and their recovery, such as Risks, Compliance, Finance, Treasury, Product, etc.
  • Manage and monitor the Executive Committees held between HSBC and its business partners.
  • Design and manage strategic and operational improvement plans that are required for the control of Strategic Alliances.
  • Identify possible actors in the market that can be invited and/or evaluated for possible Strategic Alliances.
  • Development and coordination of operation guides and manuals for the control of the operation and the risk of relations with strategic partners.
  • Maintain and identify the profitability, behavior of the loan portfolio, ensuring payments throughout the life of the loan, seeking strategies based on data.
  • Early identification of any credit, operational or regulatory risk that could be generated by the acquisition of collection rights or their management.
  • Ensure that the operations with the Strategic Alliances adhere to the provisions of the contracts that originated them.
  • Monitor the correct performance of the service providers for the primary and master administration of the portfolio, as well as those corresponding to the custodians and others involved in the operation.
  • Develop cross-selling strategies for products and customer loyalty, which can be derived from the acquisition of collection rights.


Requirements

  • Professional training: Bachelor's degree in economic-administrative areas, master's degree desirable
  • Years of experience: minimum 10 years
  • Areas of experience: Bank, Commercial, Auto Credit, Automotive Industry
  • Required knowledge: Business planning, credit, markets, PLD, transactional banking
  • Languages: advanced English essential
  • Negotiation skills, excellent presentation, focus on results
  • Availability to travel: Yes
  • Availability for change of residence: CDMX
