With dedicated GPS Sales and Client management team providing local support and advice in over 60 countries and territories, HSBC GPS helps customers to well manage their Global Liquidity and Cash management.

Report to: SVP, Head of Client Service and Risk Coordinator

Role Purpose
To deliver high quality post-sales client management for top tier Global Banking (GB) and Commercial Banking (CMB) clients.

In this role, you will: 
Job Contents
  1. Manage the provision of client service support to high-valued liquidity and cash management clients.
  2. Accountable for delivering Client Service Excellence globally and effectively managing any risks and issues.
  3. Resolve client service issues and challenges.
  4. Provide client liaison with GPS partners, Relationship managers and Operations to identify customized and competitive solutions.
  5. Identify cross-sell opportunities and effectively manage the delivery against client promises.
  6. Support achievement of the HSBC vision, values, goals and culture in personal behavior and actions.
Postulación
  1. Communication skills in writing, over the telephone and in personal meeting with clients
  2. Ability of handling customer complaints and building personal & cordial relationship with clients.
  3. Take ownership of issues, including its timely escalation and resolution
  4. Fluent English in both written and spoken
  5. PAD (personal account dealing) covered.
