We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of  Delivery Head

In this role, you will:

  • Design, deploy, and maintain a resilient, high-performance international WAN infrastructure that meet the organization’s requirements for availability, scalability, and low-latency connectivity.
  • Serve as the product owner for the WAN, developing a clear vision, roadmap, and strategy for international WAN services that align with business goals and evolving technology trends.
  • Assign projects, prioritize workloads, and provide technical guidance to the team in multiple geographic locations.
  • Manage relationships with global WAN service providers, hardware vendors, and third-party technology partners, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) and compliance standards are met.
  • Conduct vendor assessments, negotiate international contracts, and participate in RFP/RFI processes to select partners who understand the requirements of cross-border data transmission and security.
  • Ensure that WAN infrastructure complies with regulatory standards across various countries and Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to implement robust security protocols across international network connections.
  • Provide regular updates and communicate the WAN strategy, product roadmap, and performance metrics to key stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress, milestones, and any changes.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, processes, change logs, and international vendor agreements.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a Global team of WAN engineers, fostering skill development, knowledge sharing, and global collaboration.
Requisitos

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years in Network Engineering, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, ideally in a financial services environment, and strong experience with SD-WAN.
  • Expertise in WAN technologies and protocols (MPLS, SD-WAN, BGP, OSPF, VPN) in a global setting.
  • Proficient with network monitoring and management tools
  • Experience managing third-party vendors, negotiating global SLAs, and handling complex cross-border data requirements.
  • Proven experience in product ownership, with an ability to manage and communicate product roadmaps, requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong leadership, team building, and product ownership skills.
  • Strategic and tactical problem-solving abilities with a global perspective.
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and collaboration across departments.
  • Certifications: Relevant networking certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, SD-WAN) preferred.
