Investments and Wealth Solutions

Hang Seng's Investments and Wealth Solutions offers a full spectrum of wealth products and services to our Wealth and Personal Banking customers, from high-net-worth to mass segments across channels to capture opportunity under different market scenarios. We play a distributor role to source investment and insurance products from service providers, manage the product due diligence and onboarding, as well as client journey design and implementation. We distribute investment funds managed by top tier fund managers covering different types of funds, across regions and asset classes. A wide range of structured products with underlying linked to equities, FX rates, interest rates, investment funds, etc. are offered for investors to pursue different investment objectives. We also offer fixed income instruments and certificates of deposit to customers who look for regular coupon payment.  Besides, we have securities services covering exchange traded equities in local and overseas markets offered through a wide variety of trading channels. Margin trading services covering FX and securities, and investment financing service provides extra liquidity and purchasing power to cater for investment needs from sophisticated investors.

We are seeking a high caliber to join us as Wealth Journey Manager.

Principle Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, development and implementation of strategic initiatives on the wealth sales journey, process and controls for ongoing improvement on sales service quality, operational efficiency and sales compliance
  • Support the project planning, development and implementation of strategic initiatives on the wealth sales capability and financial planning tools, and influence stakeholders to gain buy-in and deliver change at pace
  • Use market insight and competitor analysis to understand internal user and external customers’ needs on the wealth sales journey and value to the wealth business
  • Collaborate with different product lines to evaluate wealth solutions and strategy across wealth distribution channels and ensure competitive differentiation
  • Devise omni-channel commercialization plans through close collaboration with internal stakeholders and all wealth distribution channels
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and customer journey experience uplift
  • Adhere to all relevant processes and procedures of the Group compliancy policy and internal controls
Requisitos
  • University degree in Business Administration/Finance/Marketing or related disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years relevant experience, preferably in the banking industry
  • Knowledge of investment sales journey and financial planning
  • Passion for change with proven track record of managing complex delivery projects through scrums
  • Passes in HKSI licensing examinations preferred
  • Strong self-motivation, detail-minded and has the ability to work independently
  • Good project management skill
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Mandarin is beneficial but not essential
  • Proficiency in PC application software and agile delivery tools such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA and Confluence
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
