Role Purpose:
Provide DCM onshore team with market and execution support.
The role is based in Tokyo providing origination and execution support to the DCM team.
Principal Accountabilities:

• To provide seamless origination and execution support that maximises mandate/revenue opportunities and completion of mandated transactions while adhering to the Group operational standards

• Cultivate seamless working relationship with customers, product groups, Client Groups and other stakeholders

• Cultivate close and constructive working relationships with team members and support change to match developments within the businesses and markets
Operational Effectiveness & Control
• Maintain effective workflow and MI
• Implement best market practices and adhere to Group operational standards
Postulación
Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree or above
• With 1-2 years’ working experience in DCM or client relationship management preferable
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of oral and written English and Japanese
• Independent and able to work under pressure
