We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Staff WPB Banking Operations.

Responsibilities:

- Processing day to day Banking operational tasks including for retail banking, RBB and Time deposit.

-  Ensure all requests are processed within SLA and COT.

- Ensure to perform daily maintenance align with SOP, Guidelines and request.

- End day checking to ensure all requests are processed in timely manner.

- Working In a Team and able to be independent if required.

Postulación

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Good with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Additional ability for MS Access and familiar with Macros Script will be benefit.
  • Familiar with Banking and RBB product and process.
  • Good writing and communication skills in English.
  • Meticulous in reading request and documents.
  • Able to create and maintain good relationships with (internal) customers.
  • Good team work and able to work individually.
