We are currently seeking a young minded professional to join this team in the role of Staff Marketing Support Campaign communication
Responsibilities:
- The function focuses on understanding customer audience profile, development and execution of marketing communication campaigns and activities that support and strengthen the HSBC brand, support the drive for revenue and increase customer value and satisfaction in order to meet agreed targets and objectives.
- The role holder managing the effectiveness of all marketing activity and campaign related to Brand and Campaign communication related to credit card and digital channel business. Ensuring activities developed and executed within a consistent global framework. This means that country can achieve their business growth and value targets, best practices can be shared and resources can be optimized for greatest effect and reported against agreed Marketing and brand metrics.
- Ensure the correct balance of marketing activities to deliver against strategic objectives and local campaigns to achieve local Marketing business targets and objectives.
- Develop Communication marketing plans to support campaigns and activities in line with the agreed process and timeline.
- Develop and delivery of local Marketing activities for Brand, Digital Channel and Credit Card, to deliver against the agreed tactical business volume objectives.
- Ensure that the appropriate model, structure, governance and controls are implemented the market.
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Ability to manage end to end marketing campaign both online and offline for the assigned segment.
- Ability to coordinate, liaise and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders from business partners to agency/media/EO partners.
- Ability to analyses the effectiveness of marketing campaign to align with the objectives.
- Adaptive to the fast moving environment with careful and thorough attention to details.
- Good project management and communication skill both verbal and non-verbal.
- Have understanding on practical consumer's insight and behavior and turn the insight into powerful and reliable yet comply to regulation communication.
