HSBC Wealth Management leads the Asia-Pacific implementation of our global strategy to deliver world-class solutions to priority clients seeking to grow, protect, preserve or transfer their wealth.  This involves the development and management of needs-based solutions covering foreign exchange, deposit, investment, insurance, and financing products, as well as the provision of suitable market insights and updates, financial planning, and advisory services.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as a Team Leader Banking Acquisition.

Principal Responsibilities:  

  1. Build acquisition team to grow our new Premier Banking client base.
  2. Develop and maintain conducive environment for the team to meet performance expectation.
  3. Motivate, coach and support team members to drive both personal and business developments.
  4. Lead, implement and drive Premier Banking Acquisition initiatives, tactical and strategic goals.
  5. Look out for acquisition sources and opportunities through strategic partnerships with external partners as well as across business units within HSBC group.
  6. Ensure the business run effectively and efficiently in accordance to Wealth and Personal Banking Operating Model.
  7. Ensure adherence to Anti-Money Laundering guidelines and proper conduct.
  8. Ensure full compliance to onboarding guidelines and regulatory requirements including KYC, account opening and tools, end to end processes until hand over to RM.
Postulación

Requirements:

  1. Degree holder.
  2. Having 3 - 5 years of sales or acquisition experience in the banking and financial services industry, preferably in the affluent segment.
  3. Excellent sales and people management skills.
  4. Customer driven with a strong focus on quality of service.
  5. Sound knowledge of affluent segment banking products and services.
  6. Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  7. A strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and accountability.
  8. This position will be placement at Jakarta, Malang, Medan, Palembang, Pekanbaru and Surabaya
