We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as an MSS Business Finance.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Be the liaison point between the Regional team in HK and the Fin Ops team in India, providing guidance and directions to the Fin Ops team and acting as first point of contact for the review of the production delivered
- Support the business partnership for the APAC Markets and Securities Services
- Support the production of insightful and timely MI and forward-looking analysis, driving business & performance through financial analytical support and challenging business actions to maximize profitability and returns
- Support the annual planning cycle, monthly forecasting and stress testing processes for Asia MSS;
- Identify opportunities for using latest tools (e.g. Python, R, Qliksense) to improve insight, reporting and processes under the role-holders direct accountability
- Work in partnership with financial resource management team and other trading desks to support analysis leading to optimal usage of financial resources in Markets including RWA, liquidity, leverage and stress testing;
- Support the monitoring of financial resources metrics and produce management information reports to facilitate discussion on efficient deployment of financial resources in Asia FRM meeting;
- Support ad-hoc requests from senior management and global teams;

- A good knowledge of Global Markets product range and understanding on MSS balance sheet and RWA will be an advantage;
- Strategic thinker and commercially minded with strong analytical and communication skills;
- Fast learner who is curious and proactive with a can-do attitude and change mind-set;
- Strong commitment and results driven, able to thrive in a complex and fast changing environment and execute at pace;
- Effective team player with good inter-personal, influencing, persuasion and negotiation skills and able to build strong relationships with stakeholders and connect with various teams across countries and functions;
- Knowledge of python, R, Qliksense etc would be advantageous.
- Active learner with a growth mindset, proactive and willingness to challenge assumptions and status quo
- Excellent written and verbal communication
