Key Responsibilities:

  • Programming knowledge: Strong knowledge of programming languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with frameworks like React or Angular.
  • UI development experience: Proven experience in UI design and development, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • NLP familiarity: Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) technologies and their implications for user interface design, particularly in enhancing user experience.
  • Problem-solving skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex design challenges focused on user needs.
  • Communication abilities: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, emphasizing user-centered design.
  • Data privacy and security: A strong commitment to maintaining data privacy and security standards.

Requirements

Qualifications – External

 To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering or related field.
  • 10+ Years minimum experience in IT
  • Strong experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Loki, Jaeger, OpenTelemetry)
  • Proficiency in designing and building dashboards for real-time and historical metrics/logs
  • Experience with distributed tracing and instrumentation (Jaeger, OpenTelemetry, Zipkin)
  • Knowledge of log aggregation, parsing, and storage (Elasticsearch, Loki, Splunk)
  • Familiarity with alerting systems (Grafana Alerts, PagerDuty, Opsgenie)
  • Understanding of audit trail requirements, compliance, and security best practices
  • Scripting or programming skills (Python, Bash, or similar) for automation and integration
  • Experience with cloud-native monitoring (AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, GCP Operations Suite)
  • Ability to work with APIs and data sources for custom dashboard integrations
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
