IBCN CoE team in GSC China can enable closer communication between offshore and onshore, as well as build up talent pipeline.

 

The Opportunity:  

To provide high quality, professional and comprehensive General Admin & Services.

 

What you’ll do:     

Support team with daily administration work, including:

  • Supplier payment support
  • Place Electronic Purchase Order, prepare for payment and communication with supplier on payment; material preparation
  • Manage team budget and actual spending.
  • Support in consolidate report data.
  • Other daily administration support work.
  • Travel requirement to Shenzhen on need basis.      
Requirements

What you will need to succeed in the role:       

  • University graduate or above.
  • Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.
  • Sound PC knowledge in Excel and MS Word.
  • Administration related experience. 
  • Experience in expense and third party payment handling.
  • Flexible and responsible, fast learner, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.     

 

What additional skills will be good to have?     

  • SAC certification.
  • Procurement experience.
